I wonder how many of the former super pro drivers are going to step up their game , to stay in their class ? Or take their boxs out and run pro? Or if by chance any of them will take their boxes and hide them in their cars since they most likely would already have the car dialed ? Just food for thought I know it is crossing my mind. Post # 2 and you are throwing people under the bus for cheating, very good. Do you speak from experience? ??

I am not saying anybody is cheating at all. Just a pro class runner just stating a concern that I know I am not the only one concerened about this change. And no I don't use a box. not allowed in the class . I am one not for the change because in Greenfield the pro class is very large as it is. Like I said it is just a concern of mine. Other people must feel the same way. If you don't agree with my concern then fine. Am I going to accuse anybody ? No cause that is not the type of person I am .

I didn't know Mario was thinking of joining the pro class.. But I did hear that throttle stops are allowed!! LOL
Everybody watch out for Diplomats - I hear they are deadly!!
I guess just to stir the pot - do you really think it would be hard to successfully hide a delay box? I mean, leaving the name Dedenbear or Biondo on the box is kind of like leaving the price tag on your christmas presents!! LOL Or is it going to be like Pinks All Out and your going to have someone checking the runs?? LOL

LOL yeah a brick of a diplomat is sure deadly. It was only food for thought . Some cars still have interior in them. But I quess I should just switch to chev then I could run super pro LOL ;D But when it all comes down to it a box car still has to let go of a button at the right time , just like a trans brake car.

where could you put something the size of an I-phone or smaller.technology has moved along to the point where if you wanted to you could quite easily i believe hide a scaled down version in a car somewhere. just a few years back was hendrick motorsports not caughht with a traction control device incorporated into thier ignition box on one of thier cars. it was them or rousch and it was a very quick and final thing. just love this thread is back up and drawing interest again. ;D

Best part is that your runs will tell the tail and as far as the rest will be revealed when the box is found lol, I personally will not be happy if I find a box hidden and believe me I am not super human and do not have XRAY vision but I watch and people talk so it's a waiting game and patients I have for something such as that LOL !

I think you are allowed a mechanical delay. Like a biondo terminator trans brake switch.
