It is under each ET break as well, yours will be under 13.49 to 11.50. Chris has sumed it all up, if you're looking at G force make sure you get a PRO PHENOM ( SA rated ) not the regular Phenom as they are rated M.

I was wondering, how could a helment that is considered safe enough for a person on a motorcycle be considered NOT safe enough for someone inside a car?
Here is the answer to that question.
What are the differences between the SA, M and K standards? The SA standard was designed for competitive auto racing while the M standard was for motorcycling and other motorsports. The K standard was released to accommodate helmets used in karting. There are three major differences between them:
1.The SA standard requires flammability test while the M and K standards do not. 2.The SA and K standards allow for a narrower visual field than the M standard (Some SA and K certified helmets may not be street legal). 3.The SA and K standards include a rollbar multi-impact test while the M standard does not.

Actually the "M" helmets are perfectly legal.
Looking at 9.99 and quicker, spec says SN 95 or newer. Note S "N" not "A", "M" or "K". Also says SFI 31.1, 31.2, 41.1 or 41.2. SFI 31.1 or 2 is for S"A" rated helmets, SFI 41.1 or 2 is for S"M" rated helmets. SFI ??.1 is open face, ??.2 is for full face helmets.
Again way too much disinformation, "M" rated helmets are legal in all classes. All the rules need to be read not just some of them. Does anyone realize that in a 14.01 sec car wearing a helmet is optional.
The misinformed hard-line post I see in answer to too many tech questions are making people reluctant to make a trip to the track. You people need to read all the rules not just the easy ones.
Read the rules really well and you would be surprised at how little safety equipment is mandated for a full bodied car running 9.10's.

Im starting to get worried about going to Greenfield in 2 weeks While you may or may not be joking about this, seriously some people actually are. "No offense BUT" Sam your hardline posts have not made racers comfortable about going to Greenfield.

My disinformation is gone...lol. Although, I still see conflicting information between the requirements in the 9.99 and quicker and the Super classes! I will have a Snell SA helmet on my head...lol. Chris Glad you think it is amusing Chris, but how many racers read your post and Sam backing it up. Are they now out buying an S"A" helmet even though they do not need one? ?? You would think someone racing on a budget would be more careful with other peoples money!!!!!!!!!!!!
