New poster here!
Keeping fingers crossed to have everyone out racing sooner than later, in the meantime what is everyone tinkering on in their shops?
Race car related or not - fun wrenching is fun wrenching!
I've got calvert rear shocks going on my street s-10 to compliment caltracs, and finishing up the rear 9" diff assembly under the '64 Rambler I put together over the winter.
Will post some pictures once I get them uploaded.
Of course I hope everyone is safe and healthy!
-Sam

Welcome to the Message Board there Bowtieguy. I waxed the Camaro today and got the gear ready for tomorrows snow event. Corvette is still in hiding for another couple weeks, if the snow would slow down a little I'd be a happy camper.

Awesome. Yes good old mother nature has had us on a bit of a roller coaster lately, I'm definitely looking forward to more of the weather we had last weekend!

Time to get started on all the things that got put off because of the shoulder injury, surgery and rehab that killed a whole year of my life. Got a transbrake to go in, gear swap from 4.30 to 4.88, MSD RPM Selector Module and oil pan evac system to install and if I can get some pro welding help there's a 6 point roll bar kit just leaning against the bench waiting to be installed as well. Only good thing that came of this lockdown is now our expired in December car trailer licenses are still valid until way later in the summer.

Glad to hear your back in action Don. Sounds like you have your hands full this spring, are you changing rear tire size with that gear change or looking to test out your valve springs on the big end? I fabbed the cage that's in my car but I'm no pro welder by any means. That being said if you get into a jam and need some help I can run a bead!

Been a member of the Ranger Station forum for a couple years and learned a lot about those little trucks. Great site - even have the decals.
