Only because I was asked today . . .
There is and has been some confusion over the class breaks for the 2012 season. Now here is how the posted statement on the board reads:
"It was decided by all 4 track operators to move this break to 10.99 seconds for the upcoming 2012 drag racing season. Any questions can be directed to your local track operator or manager."
In an effort to help clarify things, here is my understanding of the class breaks.
Super Pro= 10.99 and Quicker Pro Class= 11.00 to 13.49 Street Class= 13.50 and Slower Bike/Sled= All Run Junior Dragster= All Run
As a final note, all tracks might want to update their web-based information since this info is currently either wrong or very well hidden. Hopefully this information is correct, but now would be a great time to get everyone updated.

This subject has been debated on this board so many times it's not funny and yet it's amazing how this simple .5 second lowering of the S/Pro-Pro ET break confuses the heck out of people. What's even more amazing are the amount of people that actually think the ET requirements for safety equipment have changed too. Let me assure everyone the IHRA rulebook did not change just because a handful of tracks in the Maritimes decided to lower their ET break.
