22. Gary & Jeremy Keans, Brooklyn, NS - '86 Camaro - K/SA [/b][/quote] The 86 Camaro falls into G, so it would be F,G or H/SA in NHRA. (Possibly G,H or I/SA in IHRA due to different HP rating). If a crate motor is chosen, it could be D-G/CM depending on the engine chosen. Chris, do you have a tech. sheet for the aluminum headed 350/360hp from IHRA? I see they don't have that one posted. Is this the ZZ4 or another combination? Jeremy

I've now corrected the list, Jeremy. Sorry 'bout that; I knew better but didn't catch it earlier.
I've added your project Chris. Any other crate combos around besides you and Ray?
Chris, I don't want to sound negative, but putting Stock/SS cars on a list is the easy part; to actually get enough of them out at the same track on a regular basis will be the challenge. Having said that, I'm just a supporter of class racing and not a participant, so I don't have a dog in this hunt. This concept will need to be carried forward by all you guys that run these cars if it is to be successful.

Blair's car runs GT/GA. When I saw Billy Ervin's son's Nova in PEI, it had B/SA on the window, but I'm sure it can drop down to C. I believe the Mirada was SS/LA.
Chris, you have a PM.

Thanks, Jeremy, I've added those changes to the list. If anyone knows Billy's son's name, or any of the missing hometowns or corrections to any other data, please let me know.

I heard Keith Johnston from Bass river is also building a stocker. Someone from the Moncton area recently has bought John Armstrong's old 1967 Super Stock SS/IA Camaro and may plan on running it this summer, but not exactly sure. There are a number of cars around but generally all do not show up to the current series raced in Miramichi, we generally only have around 10. Andy Macdonald's G/SA Biscayne Impala from Moncton is another that is race ready but has not been out in a while. Not Sure if Wayne Deveau from Middleton still has the Strarfire running.
Thanks Scott

Thanks for the input, here is the updated list. (I'd still like to get the missing hometown info etc.)
Looking at our list so far, it's great to see that three new stockers are being built this winter.....that has to be a record for the last 10-15 years around here! On the negative side, there are cars on the list that have seldom been seen on the track over the last few years. If they are ready to go, what is keeping them parked?
Excluding the cars under construction and the ones that don't usually race locally, there still appears to be nearly 20 Stk/SS cars around here. So the big question is; why have there only been 10 cars or less at most of the past events? Solving that mystery and reversing it as well as encouraging new entries is key to having a viable local series in my opinion.
I knew that John's old Camaro had been sold, but I held off listing it until the new owner makes his plans known. After all, the former Super Stock Camaros of Jim Morrison, Stan Brennan, and Fred Thibault all ended up back on the street, and this one may too. Hopefully it will remain a Super Stocker and the new owner will come out to play.
Is the old "One More Time" Nova still a legal Super Stocker? If so, does the owner plan on running it?
