Welcome to edition #967 of our Monday night ritual. To begin tonight, a friendly reminder that the closing date for pit spot renewals is fast approaching and we're now only about 14 days away. After APRIL 30th, if you have not reclaimed your pit spot, it will then become available to racers looking to secure one or in some cases racers looking to change their pit position. Please make sure you race buddies are aware. Here's the link to the Renewal Notice.

Also the CBDRA memberships renewals are due and that is an easy process by following this membership poster link.

Now the photos for tonight I actually found in some Facebook files that I've posted and or shared around over the years. There's tons of photos in there but a few kinda just caught my eye. For these I'll try to add some notes as I go along, so I'll hope for accuracy but don't be afraid to correct me. Also you can request a racer and we will see what can be found.
Miramichi Dragway perhaps 2018-2019 I'm not sure of this racers name.
Las Vegas 2012 Jim Head Racing, bone shakin place to be taking photos. I miss those tours now
Here's one that my late friend George White sent me one day. 2008 Cape Breton Dragway
Las Vegas 2011 very sexy Duster Pro Mod, one of the nicest Pro Mods that year.
Who remembers when Cruz did this at the finish line. Not my photo but saved and shared just cause it's a crazy shot.
Mike Matice at Raceway Park, this car provided real candy to race fans and here's the proof.
Ya know Vette's are a constant attraction and here's another one from Vegas and I think 2012 or 2013
This was really in the same file and it never gets old with me.
This photo once served as my screensaver for awhile. Imagine having 156 NHRA Wallys . . .
Another popular illness that is car related, video games, and ya know they have become pretty high tech and I always struggle to keep up with what is possible on these virtual rides. As you compete you learn, you win, you loose, and you're always upgrading and tuning to keep the graphs moving upward. As you make yourself a better racer, you collect many cars and no real limit to what you have. The car count is well over 130 from time to time including a few F1 cars as well. My racing is against the game system itself. I've tried racing online and the online wizards have you destroyed before lap one is complete and so my skill level I can only challenge the computer. Here's three of my fun rides and these things are tuned with every trick/hack I could find. Not everyones cup of tea, but it's a ton of fun. In saying that I haven't played in 6 months but maybe this will inspire me.
Always love seein INDY decals in the winners circle. My good friend Steve Campbell and his buddies celebrating again!!!
The Strip in Las Vegas, 2011 Nitro Harley Event . . . bravest folks on the planet right there.
Walker Racing Dragster, Miramichi Dragway but I'm unsure of the year here
That's my deal for tonight but don't forget to play safe and have a fun week.
