After last weekend's US Nats were rained out Wendell Howes and John Armstrong opted not to hang around another full week for the rescheduled race this weekend; instead going to the NHRA Divisional race being held in Englishtown New Jersey. They were joined there by Dave Garland with his SS/HA Camaro and Fred Thibeault with his B/SA Camaro.
It looks like a weather front is moving in for Sunday, so the race will be run today. Best of luck to our Maritime racers!

They are in a rain delay; no cars have been down the track since yesterday. In a "wait and see" mode......

The Englishtown Divisional never got going again yesterday due to the rain, but they are about to start racing there today with much nicer weather. Fred Thibeault won his Round 1 matchup yesterday, and Round 2 of Stock is first up this morning, followed by the first round of Sugar Gas and then Super Stock.

Fred Thibeault lost a battle of '69 Camaros in the 4th Round to veteran racer Bob Broadbent. Bob went on to win the event with his A/S entry. Congrats to Bob, and good job by our Maritime racers!
