OHHH YAAAAA track scraping to do.
Will also be spreading some asphalt, few spots on the return road, the middle turnoff for the 1/8 mile racing and some spots in the lanes.
But the start line needs to get cleaned up so we can get the prep right for a big weekend of racing.
Would be nice to see a bunch of bodies out to make the work lighter.

Was reminded that a time and date would help.  Wednesday at 6:30ish, if the Tues night Test & Tune is run. If the Test & Tune gets rained out we will have to play it by ear to see when we can scrap. |

Well the plan is Test & Tune for tonight so no scraping.
Need a few hands to help with the paving which will have to go ahead since all the equipment is all scheduled.
Will see what the consensus is and the weather whether the scraping will happen on Thur.
Keep an eye out here and on Facebook for updates.
Given the poor forecast scraping may end up being done Sat morning

Was out at the track tonight. Put 8 tons of asphalt down. The middle return road is all fixed up ready for 1/8 mile racing. The last rough section of return road has a smooth coat on it now. Many thanks to Hal Schurman for making all the arrangements and driving the roller. But consensus was since everybody has work to do to be ready that the scraping will be sat morning, 7:30 is the time I hear.  Would like to get some help though I know it is brutally early for a lot of people. Right Mr Hobart!!!!!! ;D ;D ;D |
