just use a couple bolts inside the painted surface to hold them on till the plates and inspection slips are granted..................

He has the original paper work from back when he use to run the rod in the day so now just put it together with all upgrades inplace and Bob's ur uncle, antique plates are allready in place on the back, no inspection requirred, you are requirred as the owner to make sure the vehicle is fit for road use. ;D ;D ;D
