Welcome to edition #814 of our Monday nite series and we will begin tonight on a sad note as I report on the passing of local drag racer Mark Lewis. Please keep Mark and his family in your thoughts and prayers as they navigate through these difficult times. Here's a link to Mark's obituary Mark W. LewisNext, here's a few photos of one Mark's rides taken at Greenfield Dragway. Also, another local racer George Estabrooks, has lost his wife Carol after a lengthy battle with cancer. Please keep George and the Estabrook family in your thoughts and prayers. Here is a link to Carol's obituary Carol F. EstabrooksHere's a recent photo of George's Camaro from Miramichi Dragway. The next topic will be memory and more directly, memory sticks. When you handle large groupings of photos between two cameras, three computers, two cell phones, as well as multiple cloud accounts chances are there's always something going on or off of a memory stick. At times they get lost, mis-placed, then refound and sometimes even misplaced again but currenly I have a container with about 8 that are always ready for action. Then yesterday, I plugged a few memory sticks in and found the following collection of pictures. Please feel free to enjoy them and share them with anyone who you believe will enjoy them. That's my deal for this week. We're still under lock-down in Nova Scotia and hoping we can soon defeat the Covid-19 pandemic. Stay safe, play safe, and hoping we can get the wheels under this program once again real soon. Be safe everyone! Indy
