Cape Bretons Major Track Fundraiser
2020 Cluster*×#* NO RACE, RACE SERIES
This is a 3 race fundraising series that the #1 goal in mind is to help the tracks that allow us to fill our addiction. But also to give alittle back to the racers who have helped support. Each race the entrants will donate what they normally pay at the gate, e.g. our 3rd Race will be for Cape Breton Dragway so donation will be,
Super Pro $70
Pro $60
Sportsman $50
Bike/Sled $50
Junior $15
Spectators $15
Once all entries are in, I will go live and match up everyones names with a #. Where the race part comes in, i will then match up your name with a racers name from an individual race at a nhra national or divisional event qualifying ladder. The entry who's driver wins or goes the farthest gets a GOLD CARD FOR FREE ENTRANCE FOR THE YEAR FOR YOUR CLASS AT THAT TRACK. 2nd place will get an electric trailer jack (Courtesy of JP After Hours Autobody) for their efforts and 3rd place with get a gasket kit for a racing transmission (th350/400, PG, 727) from JNB Racing and TSR.
In addition to these 3 great prizes, the top finisher in each class (S/P, Pro, B/S, S/M and Jr) who hasn't already won a prize will get $100 cash from the great people at Timberlake Construction.
Spectators (wives, pit crew) that donated will have their own prize and will be kept separate. Winning spectator will receive a $250 Canadian Tire Gift Card (Courtesy of Todd and Tracy Chase), and 2nd place spectator will get a mounted 24 x 36 poster from Indynut.
In addition we have a free one hour massage from Massage Experts in Halifax and Dana Lane. On the spectator side of things the person from the halifax or valley area the goes the farthest without winning other prizes will get the massage.... tks Dana

Now where the 3 race series comes in, once the 3 fundraising races are complete i will tally up the points and a overall winner will receive a $1000 gift certificate for DWA automotive. 2nd place will win a 40 slot Grade 8 Bolt Bin fully stocked.( Courtesy of Atlantic Racing Product Draws )
Spectator side of things looks like this, points champ will receive $400 cash and runner-up $100 cash.

Rules:
1. Entries pay the entrance fee they compete in on a normal race weekend.
2. Gold card must be used in the class it was won in by who won it.
3. You must have entered in all 3 races to be eligible for series ending prizes.
4. Dwa gift certificate can be used for parts or labor in shop but does not include taxes.
5. Entries will be given a number by a chip draw.
6. Entries will be matched with their driver by a chip draw matching their # with the final qualifying ladder.
7. If none of the entries drivers win the race it'll be the driver who advances the farthest. Ties will be broke by best reaction or if needed closest to dial.
8. Points will be awarded as 10 points for each round won and a extra 5 for winning entry... Ties will be broke by best avg reaction or if needed closest to dial.
9. Spectators entries are not eligible for race or series prizes but will have their own prizes.
10. Race #1 all entrance fee monies will go directly back to the NSDRA. (Deadline is Sat. July 18 at 8pm)
Race #2 all entrance fee monies will go directly to Marc Comeau at Miramichi Dragway. ( Deadline is Sat. Oct. 10 at 5pm)
Race #3 all entrance fee monies will go directly to the CBDRA. ( Deadline is Sat. Nov 28 at 12pm )
