Welcome to our 757th edition and I've still got an idea about just which day this is, so lets see what going on at MNP's. Like most people we continue to stay safe at home and its really not that bad here, so I'm now working on the conversion of many "OLD" VHS tapes. As off right now I've collected 95% of what I need to complete the project but the missing component, a remote control for the dubbing unit, has been located and is now on the way. While we wait, theres a few tapes needing repairs which are also already underway. These are older videos made by an amateur videographer so the work is not perfect. I will only crop out some of the worst parts but I'm going to try to leave them pretty raw so people can find friends and relatives rides. Over the weekend, I spent many hours watching vids from Sackville, Maitland, Raceway Park. I am excited to get this project underway since it's been on my mind for many years and finally we're gonna make it happen. Stay tuned.
Over the last seven days, a local photog (Chris O'Neill) inspired me to dig into some of my old Las Vegas photos. I went looking for the nostalgia funny cars but I grabbed several other photos from the file. Please enjoy them again and share them as you desire.
Now, my last photo for tonight belongs to Todd Chase and I really just found it his collection of photos from his Charger Daytona build that he completed a few years back. It was quite a project and I thought this photo was just a perfect representation of Todd and his approach to just about any project.
That's my deal for tonight, but I want you all to stay safe and stay away from one another. We will be fine if we can just stay separated as directed. We got this.
Play safe and have fun.
