Wandering thru my Photobucket pics and aw this one I look at these pics and wonder if I will ever have that much energy and drive again. I was one worn out boy when I got it to the track. LOL

In the fall of 2007, I started a project that makes me feel the same way Mario. I don't know if I'd ever have the energy to do it again. The first round of Logs went down on September 09, 2007, and we moved in on December 24th. We have a tradition every Christmas morning in that we cook breakfast for our family, which is over 20 people, and my wife had decided that this particular year would be no different...after moving in Christmas eve, she took care of decorating while I finished up a few things, with the least one being the installation of the cooktop, at about 2AM.. Besides the metal roof, plumbing and cabinetry, we did everything ourselves. A very labour intensive, project, but also a very rewarding project.. RIP
