Accuweather already says we are going to have a great weekend. No worring about points so race till you drop. My thought is maybe another $50.00 Quick 32, seemed easy enough to get 32 on Labour Day and MDP had no trouble getting 32 $50.00 entries the next weekend. So if there is any interest at all we will work with the track like the last time and see what can happen. Do a 60-40 split in the final, 3-4 thing is just a pain. ;D ;D ;D Now the Hi-roller part. For those who are interested instead of leaving $50.00 with Arnold at the bottom of the lanes, give him $100.00 ( I can see John's eyes light up ;D ;D) , Arnold will keep track of who pays what, regular or Hi-roller. Deal is the Hi-roller who finishes the best gets the Hi-roller pot. If 2 H-rollers go to the final it is a 60-40 split. If only one Hi-roller goes to the final that racer automatically gets the Hi-roller money plus the 60-40 split of the $50.00 pot. 2 non Hi-Rollers go to the final beating 1 or 2 Hi-rollers to get there then they split the $50.00 pot 60-40 but if 2 Hi-rollers in the semi's they split the Hi-roller money, one one Hi-roller in the semi's then that racer gets the Hi-roller money, no Hi-rollers in the semi's go back to 1/4's but the point is the Hi-roller money goes to a Hi-roller. I will do some senario's and get back if it is too complicated but if you keep in mind the Hi-roller money is separate and can only be won by a racer who pony's up the $100.00 it is simpler. Best finishing Hi-roller gets the Hi-roller money. Think about it, I know already 4 racers who are good for the $100.00 without a moments thought.

Mario the only issue I see is that if the last 2 high rollers go out in the same round before the final; but rather then split run them off. Chances are the max number would be 4 and they have paid to get a couple of extra rounds in. Just sayin! If it wasn't for Powell's sons wedding next weekend I'd be there. Good luck with it, certainly miss the Island this year.
I think for that for the 1st time in 15 years I have canceled an event because of a forecast. Have to say I am not comfortable with my decision. It better rain or I'll have to move!!!
Good luck next weekend.

Talked to a few people over the weekend and seems like the hi-roller idea will fly. Since it is a bracket bash weekend, maybe do it both days? ? Bring lots of cash!!!!!!!! ;D ;D ;D ;D Everybody likes Dave's idea too, so Hi-roller money is winner take all. So scenario's 32 cars @ $50.00 = $1600 So $1000.00 to the winner, $600 to runner up regardless of hi-roller or not 10 Cars pay Hi-Roller @ $50.00 = $500.00 so if Hi-roller wins = $1500.00 payout Non Hi-roller wins gets $1000.00 Hi-roller runnerups gets $1100.00 Non Hi-roller wins gets $1000.00 Non Hi-roller runnerups gets $600.00 If only 1 Hi-roller loses in semi's gets $500.00 If 2 hi-rollers lose in semi's, they race off for the $500.00 So on for the rest of the rounds If all the Hi-rollers lose in the first round, they will have separate random pairing race for the hi-roller money

Isn't this the same concept high-roller that the rental car racer used to do a couple years ago. I wonder if he's gonna be in the house for this one. Ya know he loves those big prize pots.
Hopefully everything will work out and it will be a fun weekend. Any plans for Monday at the track?
I love the "bring lotsa cash" line.

sheesh!...........and I thought the class restructuring thread was getting complicated. ;D ;D ;D Just remember only a Hi-roller can win the hi-roller money and there has to be a hi-roller winner. Raid your piggy bank Travis, you will be able to get in and you will be far too busy looking over your shoulder to worry about the brake pedal. ;D ;D ;D ;D
