In my opinion cars are known by the names of the car attached during their racing period, there is a difference between a cool name on a racecar with history and a persons name on the car, example,Barry Patons nova will always be known as One More Time ,The invader will always be attached to Dave Moshers camaro even when John Paul Kenney owned it and still is today, there are racecars that people remember by the name of the car but cant remember the drivers name, then again opinions are like ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, well you guessed it !!LOL

the invader eh! the top end of my motor was a Dave mosher creation, heads were worked for a mascar, angle milled with 55cc combustion chambers no porting in the intake runners but the area around the valve seat and com. chamber were heavily modified, isky cam, split rocker ratios, and had an oil sheading paint applied.
Can't seem to find a picture of the invader.

The cavalier is now in Dartmouth Jeff, owned by Wayne Munroe, and powered with a 427 stoker small block this season; the red 56 is Allan Bishop from New Minas, which is now a street driven machine that's burgandy with LOTS of True fire flames. This car was also owned by Jim Morrison as well. Last I heard Rick Reid owned the Burgandy Camaro Jim was driving in these pictures

Jeff, the nova pic is Don Lavoie ,he owned the car a few different times and that pic was taken after he bought it back from Andy Belliveau,if you look close the drivers window says the "NU" don ,that was his comeback slogan with the nova that year. For anyone looking for pics of Dave Moshers camaro there is quite a few on the pennfield facebook site taken by Bob Boudreau with the original paint sceme as well as the Karbelt sponsorship.
