Most of our ACSSA members should already be aware of the AGM details for this year, but I got an inquiry last night so I thought I should also post the info here.
Our 2016 Annual General Meeting and Awards Ceremony for the ACSSA will be held this Saturday, Nov. 19th, in the private dining room of the Best Western Glengarry Hotel in Truro, NS. The AGM will begin at 3PM followed by a break for a meal from about 5-6PM, and then capped off with the awards presentations. The schedule was planned to work equally well for those who car pool and make it a day trip, and for those who may choose to stay overnight and socialize.
The agenda will include discussions and finalizing of the proposed 2017 race schedule, our series rules package and points sytem, and the NHRA National Open in Miramichi as well as other NHRA events. All are welcome, but please note that only current paid members of the ACSSA have the right to vote on any agenda items.
